Our service technicians are highly experienced, having received extensive manufacturer training across a wide range of machinery including Kverneland, Stewart Trailers, Kubota, Vicon, John Deere, New Holland, JCB, Grange Machinery and Bunning. Alongside this, we actively support the development of new engineers through initiatives such as the Kubota Apprenticeship Scheme, helping to ensure the next generation of technicians are trained to industry and manufacturer standards.
We have an extremely competent and helpful team who are able to not only fully service and maintain the machinery within our hire company, but also for our retail customers.
As a company, across our branches we offer in-house facilities for servicing and repairing machines, in addition to providing an on-farm service for our customers through the use of our mobile service vans. This means we can offer a quick and reliable service, particularly during the busiest agricultural seasons.
We also have a mobile rolling road and weigh bridge to carry out in-house and on-farm trailer brake testing for both oil and air brakes. This can be arranged through each of our depot service managers, often allowing multiple customers to bring trailers to a central location where we can test up to 30 trailers in one visit. We also have a mobile rotor balancing machine for on-farm balancing, which can be arranged through our service department at Sutterton depot. This allows us to balance flail mowers, reach mowers, combine choppers and drying fans.
In conjunction with our stores departments, we also provide an air conditioning service covering all types of machinery including small farm trucks, tractors, combine harvesters and lorries. We also offer a hydraulic service, manufacturing and repairing a wide range of hydraulic pipes and rams used on modern farms.
We regularly offer special and seasonal discounts across servicing, repairs and parts, helping customers maintain their machinery efficiently and cost-effectively.

We service all makes and models of trailers, both on site and at our depots. Our experienced engineers carry out servicing and brake testing to a high standard, including full health checks covering brakes, bearings, suspension, pipework, rams, electrics and tyres.
With a large range of parts held in stock, most maintenance can be completed quickly. All service staff are BAGMA trained in trailer brake testing and LOLER servicing, with extensive experience testing trailers ahead of harvest. We also specialise in vegetable trailer refurbishments.

We now offer a Pipe Crimping and Hydraulic Hose making Service at our Carrington and Sutterton depots, making and repairing most sizes of hydraulic pipes and rams used on the farm today.
