We are committed to supplying our customers with the best possible service here at Ireland’s Farm Machinery Ltd, and we have in place full service teams at all our branches.
Our service technicians are very experienced with extensive manufacturer training in machinery including Kubota, Kverneland, Stewart Trailers, Spearhead, Vicon, John Deere, New Holland, JCB, Grange Machinery, Bunning and Lemken.
We have an extremely competent and helpful team who are able to not only fully service and maintain the machinery within our hire company, but also for our retail customers too.
As a company across our branches we offer in-house facilities for servicing and repairing machines in addition to providing an on farm service for our customers through the use of our mobile service vans. This means that we can offer a quick and reliable service for our customers, particularly in the busiest agricultural seasons.
We also have a mobile rolling road and weigh bridge to do in house and on farm trailer brake testing for both oil and air brakes. This can be arranged with on farm visits through each of our depot service managers, often 3 or 4 farmers bring their trailers to a central point where we test up to 30 trailers in one visit. We also have a mobile rotor balancing machine for on farm balancing again, this can be arranged through our service department at our Sutterton depot. We can balance flail mowers, reach mowers, combine choppers and drying fans etc.
In conjunction with our stores departments, we also have an air conditioning service which caters for all types of machinery including small farm trucks, tractors, combine harvesters and lorries. We also have a hydraulic service, making and repairing most sizes of hydraulic pipes and rams used on the farm today. We regularly offer special and seasonal discounts on our service, repairs and parts.
